Terms of service

What I will not draw: I do not accept commissions for mecha, heavy armor, or NSFW/fetish related content. However, feel free to contact me for clarification if you are unsure.

References: You must provide clear and detailed reference sheets for the character to be modeled. I reserve the right to refuse work if references are insufficient.

New Outfit Upcharge: If a new outfit or redesign is required beyond the provided reference, an additional upcharge will be applied.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed price is required before work begins. The deposit secures your spot in my commission queue. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the model.

Payment Method: Payment will be processed through PayPal in USD only. If the PSD file or model requires additional work, the price may increase.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued if the issue is on the client's side. If I need to withdraw from the commission, the refund amount (if applicable) will depend on the progress made and the situation. Any completed or near-completed work will not be refunded in full.

License and Usage: I retain full rights to the model and any artwork created as part of the commission. You are granted a license to use the model for personal purposes, but I reserve the right to showcase the work on my social media and portfolio.

Commercial Use: You may not use the model or art for merchandise, NFTs, or AI generation without my explicit permission.

Credit: You must credit me as the creator of the model in any public sharing (social media, streaming, etc.) by including appropriate attribution. The credit must be visible and clear. You are also prohibited from claiming the model as your own creation.

No Resale: You may not sell the model or the files associated with it without my prior written consent. You cannot sell the model for more than you paid for it without my permission.

NFTs and AI: The model and artwork cannot be used for NFTs, AI training, or similar purposes.

Revisions:

Minor revisions (e.g., small adjustments) are free but are limited. Any excessive revision requests after final approval will incur an additional charge.

Major revisions before or after delivery (e.g., changes to poses, major alterations) will also incur a fee, based on the extent of the changes. Please ensure all feedback is given before the work is finalized.

Delivery: Once the commission is complete, you will receive the finalized files via email. Work will not be delivered until payment is made in full.

Updates: I will provide updates during the commission process. Once an update is provided, you must review it and let me know if any changes are needed.

Deadlines: If you require a work to be done in a certain amout of time it must be disscused between I and the client. There might be an upcharge if required for rushed works.

Delays: If unexpected delays occur (e.g., corrupted files, personal issues), I will inform you. Please be patient and understand that these situations may happen.

If you plan to commission art from another artist (for example, for the model design), you must ensure that the artist is experienced with creating model-ready PSDs and has experience working with commission projects. Any issues with artwork that need fixing will require me to collaborate with your artist to resolve them. Your artist may require additional charges that will be left to you if anything needs fixed.

Communication: You must provide clear, detailed references and be responsive throughout the process. Feel free to ask for updates or clarifications at any time.

Model Features: If your model includes complex features (e.g., accessories, intricate details), please inform me beforehand as these can impact the pricing and timeline.

PSD Files: The PSD file must be prepared in advance, and all layers must be named and organized. If the file is not standardized, I will request you to fix it or I will charge an additional fee to reorganize it.

No Refunds for Client Mistakes: If you request a refund after the work is completed or if the issue is on your end (such as not following the terms or failing to provide necessary references), you forfeit your rights to the model and artwork.

Refund Process: If a refund is issued, it will be based on the amount of progress made. Refunds are only given at my discretion, and a partial refund may apply depending on the situation. If a refund is requested via PayPal after work is completed, I reserve the right to annul your rights to the work, and your name will be publicly posted on social media and my blacklist.

You are required to provide clear references, detailed descriptions, and any information relevant to the commission. If the references are unclear or incomplete, I will ask for revisions before proceeding with the work.

Please ensure that your model file and PSDs are organized according to my standard before sending them. If the PSD is not properly prepared, you may be asked to correct it or pay an additional fee.

If you have any special requests, such as keeping the work hidden for debut purposes, please inform me beforehand.

Waiting List: If I have a heavy workload, your commission will be added to the waiting list, and I will notify you of the estimated wait time.

Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I feel that it is not a good fit for my skills, or if I believe the request violates my terms.

Recommendations: I recommend using VTube Studio and VBriger for rigging and usage, but this is not mandatory.
